About Cunningham Property Services

The proprietor Derrick Cunningham received his diploma in Commercial Horticulture in Warrenstown College, Co Meath and continued his studies in Writtle Horticulture College, UK where he received his Degree in Commercial Horticulture.

For a number of years Derrick worked for some of Irelands leading landscaping & commercial horticultural companies where he gained valuable experience and knowledge of the industry before establishing his own landscaping company

On our team we have many people that have worked for several years in the Landscape and Construction Industries. They bring a vast array of knowledge and expertise to our Landscaping and Property Maintenance Divisions. They include painters, plasterers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters and cleaners

All of our staff receive regular health and safety training, have completed first aid courses, hold current safe passes and have relevant qualifications.

We are fully insured and comply with Health & Safety regulations.

We have received Contract Plus accreditation from the UK based Health & Safety consultants: SM&MS Consulting.
